Warranty Details: Hina’s bridal rings come with the following warranties:

For rings that can be resized (within 5 years from the shipping date):

•Resizing (within the adjustable range)
•Engraving (if not done at the time of order)
•Polishing (deep scratches may remain)
•Loss of melee diamonds (diamonds under 0.1ct)

For rings that cannot be resized (within 1 year from the shipping date):

•Size exchange (only if changing by ±1 gauge or more)
•For resizing, engraving, polishing, and loss of melee diamonds, the same five-year service applies as for rings that can be resized.

To receive warranty service:

•Send the ring to Hina’s flagship store in Kochi City, Kochi Prefecture, Japan. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Warranty services are not available at other Hina retailers. Shipping from Japan to international customers is free.

Maintenance period:

•Approximately 1 to 1.5 months.

About the Grading Report: All diamonds set in engagement rings have the highest quality cut, 3EX Heart & Cupid. The grading institutions are:

•CGL (Central Gem Laboratory)
•DGL (Diamond Grading Laboratory)
•GIA-Japan (AGT Gem Laboratory)
•GIA (Gemological Institute Of America)

About Inner Ring Engraving: We offer free engraving of uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols (/. ,& to) on the inner side of the rings. The number of characters that can be engraved varies depending on the ring, so please check the product page for details. Some rings cannot be engraved.

•Engagement rings: Up to 5 characters
•Wedding rings: Up to 15 characters

Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy: All ordered rings are custom-made for each customer, so returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted. Cancellations within one week of placing the order can be made by contacting us via the order confirmation email, and they will be accepted only if you receive a confirmation email from us. Cancellations outside this period are not possible.

From Order to Delivery: It takes approximately 2 months from the order date for the ring to be completed.

Payment Method: Payment is accepted via credit card. We support Visa, MasterCard, AMEX.

Unsure of Your Size?: If you are unsure of your size, please refer to this chart when ordering. (You can change the size after ordering.)
We will send you a Japanese ring gauge as a gift, which will arrive within 1-2 weeks after ordering. Use the gauge to confirm your size. If you need to change the size, reply to the confirmation email.
Rings are made in Japanese sizes. The width and shape of the ring may slightly affect the fit.

Quality of Diamonds Used in Wedding Rings: All melee diamonds (diamonds under 0.1ct) used in Hina’s bridal rings have an ideal cut known as Heart & Cupid.

Ring Material: You can choose from Hard Platinum 950, K18 White Gold (without rhodium coating), K18 Yellow Gold, and K18 Rose Gold.
