We offer resizing services for rings that no longer fit. Prices vary depending on the design and material. Please send the ring to us by mail. Resizing costs range from 4,000JPY to 20,000JPY.
Cleaning
We offer free cleaning services for the jewelry you purchase. If your jewelry has scratches,
we will also polish it for a fee.

Polishing: 2,000JPY and up
Lost Diamond
Melee diamonds are set within the ring, but they may fall out due to wear or impact. At Hina, we define melee diamonds as those under 0.10ct and will reset new diamonds accordingly.
This service is valid once within five years from the date of purchase.
